Why should I choose TNP Designs over the others?

your satisfaction and teamwork to get your home where you want it to be and within your time-line, budget and style needs.
What if I don't like the design?
The misconception is that hiring a designer is similar to televised design shows where the designer has total rule over the design and decisions
made for the home. This is not the case. You will find that I go to great lengths to come up with a cohesive and complete design solution that
pleases you. After all, it is your home and you should have a say so. Every detail and decision is filtered through you, the homeowner, for both
feedback and approval. I will make choices and give you a reason and explanation for the options I present you with. This allows you to
choose, if you want, and be in control of the ultimate design decision. The only difference is you do not have to shop, make uncertain
decisions and create oftentimes irreversible and sometimes costly mistakes. We work together.
What are your costs upfront?
There are two ways I charge for services...
1. Hourly - $50/hour
2. On a retainer basis - $500
3. Flat Rate - varies according to project scope, quoted
Usually, if a "MAP" is created, a retainer is taken to be applied to future purchases. However, if two or more services other than the "MAP" are
preferred, an hourly rate applies. Lastly, if you choose one "a la carte" service, a flat rate will be quoted.
What is your favorite type of project?
This is a really hard question since the entire process from start to finish is satisfying, but to pin it down to one aspect I would have to say floor
planning and determining the arrangement of furniture and accessories in any room is the most fun. When I have done this in the past, my
clients have really loved my ideas and considered them fresh and new.
